No need to point out where you have lied, you have done that all by your lonesome! You sure do have a knack for it... I'll give you credit for that!
Personal attacks, I don't think so... you have a knack for threatening; that supercedes personal attacks. Besides you started throwing the broken bottles, I am just throwing them back at ya. I guess you don't like it when the truth is told about you eh?
Many people may not like that I am supposedly abusing the system as you state, but knowing your propensity to lie I doubt many others than yourself are concerned. Also if they feel I am abusing the system why are you their spokesperson? Haven't they got any fortitude to do it? Why are you letting yourself be used to do what they cannot do themselves? When you say many have a problem with my alleged abuse do you mean the BOD or members at large? I think it is some on the BOD who have a problem.
As to making a name for myself well I am sorry you are envious of my success and business. Eat your heart out bud!
I am still waiting for an explanation as to why someone like yourself would stoop so low to act in the manner you have? Do you have a learning disability that hinders you from knowing right from wrong? It sure seems that way.
You can ask all the questions you want, just don't expect any answers you are not the inquisitor!
Now do you want to discuss the National and the links to all those documents which provide an insight into the manner in which the final release evolved, or do you wish to carry on as you have been?

Mr. Wand. In your zeal to replace a valid Canadian association with your adopted American club you have lost the ability to read. I have never once claimed to the the Voice of Canadian Home Inspectors. Clearly, the tagline says:
"CAHPI - The Voice of Canadian Home Inspectors
That looks pretty easy to understand to me. However, you as usual have managed to twist and turn it to suit your pitiful attempts to hurt the Canadian inspectors.
Your campaign of misinformation and outright lies is hurting every valid Canadian inspector.
On the other hand, every word I have said about this National Initiative has been truthful and honest, and said in the best interests of our Canadian brethren. You and your American buddies can carry on your campaign of hatred and lies.
I will leave it to Canadian Home Inspectors to judge who has been more helpful.

Thanks for the clarification, sorry for misquoting the tag line and thanks for the correction.
Once again you have made comments that seemingly are without merit. How am I hurting Canadian Inspectors? By being astute enough to read public documents, assess and formulate opinions? By speaking with people at FNNBOA? Am I not allowed to read and render opinions and seek answers? How in the world is that hurting Canadian Inspectors? I am lost on that comment. Am I now suddenly at fault for perhaps being more astute, literate, and non apathetic?

But, you have not been able to demonstrate that point with hard factual evidence that I am misleading and that I am lying! I don't see how I can be lying when the documents speak for themselves. Really you need to face the reality that this whole thread is not about the National but your need to make stupid unfounded statements based on your animosities.

I don't think you have been truthful, I have documents here where you say one thing privately and another publicly. Others have read them too and have copies. You have a credibility problem - big time!

Judging by your lack of ability to debate the matter and personally attack me, I am sure any astute, savvy, intelligent member can see for themselves what you are all about.
By the way how come you haven't condmened Mr. Bottoms actions? You seem to be aiding and abetting and condoning his litany of abuses?
Does the CAHPI lawyer know that you are acting unethically and contrary to the CAHPI by-laws and ethics? Is he aware that you have slandered and defamed me? I might just have to push that issue further with the CAHPI's lawyer. You two sure know how to incur liability. It sure is strange how the CEO of CAHPI is aware of these matters and how a private email fell into my lap which suggests that CAHPI management is well aware of the threats and intimdidation, yet they do not want to deal with a very profound and disturbing problem. It has overtones of negligence and a failure to act with a standard of care owed considering the circumstances. My, my what a tangled web...
You seem to have had your fair share of trouble with Oahi and the DPPC too, maybe you would like to explain that to the members as it relates to hurting the inspection industry and its image? Maybe you would also like to explain how your Better Business Bureau status doesn't help with the industry image either. You seem to be a one man show on how to sully the reputation of the Canadian industry.
Now if you want to discuss factual and informative info about the National I am all ears and await a lively discussion.
